I live here...and I like it a lot!  The apartments are very cool and unique lofts.  I love being downtown.  It's not that far from most places & if you work downtown it's very convienent.  If you are currently looking, definitely consider Modern Tool!

I am extremely happy here.  They have a on site manager who promptly handles all maintenance problems.  They also have a cleaning staff to maintain hallways.  I've never seen that, or such dedication to tenants anywhere else.
